Agniveer Recruitment 2026: Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will serve for four years and receive a attractive monthly package along with a lumpsum amount upon exit.

  • Seva Nidhi: After 4 years, you receive a tax-free package of approx ₹11.71 Lakh.
  • Permanent Commission: Based on performance, up to 25% of each batch will be enrolled into the regular cadre for a permanent 15-year service.
  • Training Stipend: During the initial training phase, candidates will receive a stipend of ₹14,600 per month
  • Monthly Package: Starting at ₹30,000 in the 1st year (increases annually).
