Delhi Police Physical Test Dates 2026: Delhi Police has released the revised schedule for the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) 2026 for candidates who have cleared the Delhi Police Examination. The physical test covers Constable (Executive), Constable (Driver), Head Constable (Ministerial) and Head Constable (AWO/TPO) posts. However, candidates should note that some PE&MT dates scheduled in August were postponed because of heavy rainfall. The postponed tests originally scheduled for August 22, 24 and 25 have been rescheduled to September 18 to October 5, 2026 respectively.

Why Was Delhi Police Physical Test 2026 Postponed?

Delhi Police Physical Test 2026: How the Physical Test Is Conducted
Physical Endurance Test (PET)
- Candidates first attempt the Race. Only those who clear the qualifying time proceed to the Long Jump and High Jump, each with three attempts.
Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
- Candidates who qualify the PET undergo height and chest measurement (chest measurement applies to male candidates only).
- Male candidates are required to complete a 1600-metre race within the qualifying time set for their age category.
